We are not a hotel of spas and room service. We are a family beach hotel, where what counts is that the room is spotless, the water runs hot, the Wi-Fi works and there is someone paying attention behind the desk. That is what our guests rate 9.6 out of 10.
Free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel
Wireless internet at no charge in the rooms and common areas, for working or for keeping the kids happy.
Arranged check-in
Check-in runs from 12:00 to 19:00. If you are going to arrive later, message us on WhatsApp in advance and we will sort it out.
Optional breakfast
A simple, well-made breakfast to start the day. Added to your stay on request: just ask us for the price.
Breakfast room
The room where we serve breakfast stays open for the rest of the day: you can order delivery and have dinner there, or sit down with a coffee after the beach.
Small safe in Room 2
Room 2, our Superior Matrimonial, has a small in-room safe. Ask for it when you book and we will try to assign it to you.
Hairdryer and iron
They are not kept in the rooms: ask at reception whenever you need them and we will bring them up.
Private bathroom in every room
Every room has its own bathroom with a shower. No exceptions, no shared facilities.
Private balcony
All rooms have a balcony. The upper floors look out over the sea at Punta Mogotes.
Cable TV
Cable television in every room, for the rainy afternoons Mar del Plata always throws in.
Daily housekeeping
Housekeeping every day, with fresh towels and the room ready before you get back.
Family rooms
Real triples and quadruples, with room to move, designed for travelling with children.
Heating
Every room has heating, so winter nights and windy afternoons are spent indoors and properly warm.
Luggage storage
Leave your bags before check-in or after check-out and head straight to the beach.

If you are arriving outside check-in hours, message us on WhatsApp in advance and we will sort it out. You can also ask us about paying by card, which carries a surcharge.
Before you book
The hotel has stairs only
We would rather tell you before you book: the hotel has no lift, and the upper floors are reached by stairs. For most of our guests this is not a problem, but if you travel with reduced mobility, with heavy luggage or with a baby stroller, please get in touch first and we will describe the access in detail so you can decide with the full picture.
A private balcony in every room
Not just in some rooms: every single room has its own projecting balcony, so you can step outside, air the room and take in the sea breeze.
