What data we use
- When you ask about or book a stay (WhatsApp, phone or social media): your name, phone number, dates, number of guests and anything you want to tell us to plan your stay.
- During your stay: the details needed to register you as a guest, as required by current regulations.
- When you browse the site: technical visit data (pages viewed, device type, approximate city, where you came from) through cookies. This information does not identify you personally.
Why we use it
- To answer your questions and send you availability and rates.
- To manage your booking and your stay.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To measure the results of our ads on Google and social media.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

How to disable them
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.). You can also stop Google Analytics from recording your visits with the official Google add-on. If you block cookies, the site keeps working the same; you may just see the notice again.
Third-party services
When you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp (Meta) terms. Google tools are governed by Google’s privacy policy.
How long we keep data
We keep inquiry and booking data only as long as needed to assist you and to meet our legal obligations. After that, we delete it.
Your rights

The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is proven, as set forth in Article 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25,326. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA), as the supervisory authority of Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with data protection regulations.
